What is Medi-Cal?
Medi-Cal is the California name for the Federal’s Medicaid program.

Is Medi-Cal evaluated the same way? Like a customers for calfresh and CalWorks?
No, it is not a CalFresh. CalWorks provides monthly benefits for the benefit. for Medi-Cal receives is a medical coverage insurance
How many types of medical evaluations are there?
There are two types
MAGI
And non-MAGI
What is MAGI?
MAGI is modified adjusted gross income, and it was created under the affordable care act (ACA) to determine financial eligibility for Medi-Cal, as well as for premium tax credits, and cost sharing assistance through covered California the states healthcare insurance marketplace
What is MAGI based on?
MAGI is based on tax filing rules to determine household size and current gross income
How are applicants determined for qualification?
Medi-Cal has qualifying factors. Applicants recipients must meet certain conditions of eligibility to be approved for the program.
There are non-financial and financial factors that looked at that are looked at prior to approval.
In many cases programs have property evaluations.

How has the affordable care act assisted current customers?
