Autosomal Recessive.
CFTR protein. Most common is F508del

What are the typical clinical features of CF?
A
- Chronic sinus infections
- Recurrent respiratory infections
- Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.

How do you treat CF?
A
- Nutrition- High Fat/Protein diet. Daily salt suplement
- Lung Disease- Percuss, inhalers, Antibiotics, anti-inflammatory
- CFTR modulators- drugs end in -CaFToR

Greater than 60

A
