Extend head (held back), lateral flex and then rotate to the same side. Hold for 30s

Pte lay supine, with legs flexed. Examiner actively flex pte’s knee with hand
Kicking motion (if small leg is all the way 180 degree… Good. If only 90 degree… Not so good)

Pte has rigid neck pain only relief by holding head in rigid position
