spastic diplegia - legs more than arms and preterm babies
spastic quadriplegia - all 4 limb affected equally
spastic hemiplegia - one side of body dt pediatric stroke

management
A
baclofen - muscle relaxant
TES - bloodflwo to muscles
selective dorsal rhizotomy - surgery to cut lumbar sensory nerve fibers to reduce spasticity
botox into spastic muscles

gross motor training, strengthen to help with function
gait + verticalization
bracing and gait training
