Monitor liver enzymes, bleeding factors!
Monitor for nephrotoxicity if pt also using loop diuretics, aminoglycosides, Ca salts and Vanco!
Use cautiously w/renal failure.
Monitor for superinfection-oral and vaginal candidiasis.
