The AoA probe is U/S.
What does the amber “STALL” caption mean?
The audio warning generator within the CAMU has failed - CWS can no longer generate audio warnings.
What does the green RAT caption represent?
What does it not necessarily represent?
That the RAT has extended.
Does not necessarily mean it is functioning.
What T6 will activate the T6NL caption on the ground?
What is the maximum T6 during engine start?
657 degrees C.
637 degrees C.
What T6 will activate the T6NL caption in the air?
What is the maximum T6 once airborne? (Max rating sustained and Transient).
885 degrees C.
Sustained: 880 degrees C
Transient: 885 degrees C.
What is likely to be the problem if the FIRE caption remains on after a CWP test?
The Fire Wire part of the fire detection system has failed.
What happens to the CWP captions when External Power is connected and the LP cock is closed?
CWP captions disabled, except for Fire and APU fire captions.
When does NWS go out on T/O?
After the landing gear is retracted.
What happens if one CWS power supply fails?
What happens if both fail?
One: Operation of CWS not affected. Fault will be shown by flashing AVBIT and notification on the STATUS format.
Both: Visual warnings will not operate. There will be no update on the STATUS format. The CAMU will continue to produce audio warnings, but there will be no visual to back this up.
