AV3 DPD
Preflight Requirements When an Onward Airport is
Not Available for DPD

A

Can go but ACCEPTABLE must be available by DPD to land with FF and applicable TEMPO/INTER

When an onward Acceptable Airport is not available preflight, the flight may depart but
not proceed beyond the DPD unless an Acceptable Airport is available and sufficient fuel
is on board to proceed to that airport depressurised and land with FFR. In-flight, if the
onward airport is INTER/TEMPO below landing minima, fuel must also be available to
hold for the applicable period. The required holding fuel is to be calculated at 10,000 feet
or lower.
