He calls her “fair bianca” “sweet love” when it’s just them too but 4,1 he mocks her calling her a “bauble” - he cares about reputation as we see in 2,3 that people’s feelings

Pain of losing reputation “is past all surgery”
“I have lost the important part of myself” hyperbole to exaggerate feelings
How does iago exploit him
Iago knows cassio is more intelligent then foolish iago so he doesn’t try out smart him he merely exploits his weaknesses
What 3 things does iago take advantage of ?
Can’t handle his drunk
Is weak
Is charming
Cassions self proclaimed weakness
I have very poor and unhappy brains for drinking
Violent drunk
Doesn’t join in with immoral behaviour
Cassio is weak
That’s why he asks des to ask Othello for Job back
He can’t face Othello “drunkard”
This helps iago convince cassio and des are having an affair

How is ending ironic
Cassio is replaced as governor at ending of play
Ironic and iago wanted to dislodge Cassio from power but it’s acc lead him to gaining even high role
