Iago’s soliloquy says he plans to get revenge on Othello by convincing him his wife is unfaithful.
What hints are apparent in this scene that foreground later on events?
Brabantio’s final words warming Othello ‘she deceived her father, and may thee’
This anticipates that Othello will become convinced of Desdemona’s deception even though she remains loyal.
How does Iago echo Brabantios line?
