A

The Raval District needed rebranding, it had densely packed abbattoirs, factories and tenement blocs which were slum like. One of the most densely populated urban areas in the world
South Raval District was close to the port and became associated with the informal job sector and illegal activities e.g. prostitution, drug dealing etc
