- caused by right inferior occipital stroke

- due to breast cancer that affected right occipitotemporal cortex in the fusiform face area

- due to tumor involving left occipital lobe & part of corpus callosum

A
- can detect motion but not still objects (–> deficit in ventral stream)
- due to cerebral artery stroke following a TBI
