The C-DAC model, or Developmental Career Assessment combines current development theory with assessment measures and counseling methods. Aims to improve life and vocational career counseling.
A combination of stage development and social role theory. It suggests that people progress through five stages during the career development process: Growth, Exploration, Establishment, Maintenance, Disengagement.
