Relaxing activity to help sleep No noise Reassure Follow parent wishes for babysitting Comfort object Do last activity in room before bed so isn't alien and Wong wake them up after falling asleep
What could you do to help them sleep
Bath Say goodnight Clean nappy Carry to bed Give last feed in room Pat them Sing song or read book Wrap securely

Unexplained death but guess reason eg. Illness, smoke around baby, tangled in bed, breathing obstruction
