pulmonary oedema
raised JVP
right sided heart failure
sense of impending doom
MI
saddle shaped ST elevation
pericarditis
broad complex tachycardia
ventricular problem
mid-diastolic murmur with tapping, undisplaced apex
mitral stenosis
tall, tended waves
hyperkalaemia (wide wide QRS complex)
Patient getting pericarditis 4-6 weeks after MI
Dressler’s syndrome
blurred yellow vision headache
digoxin toxicity
continuous machine like murmur
Patent ductus arteriosus
Jerky pulse
cardiomyopathy
rib notching on CXR
coarctation of aorta
