50-75 mcg
Repeat 25 mcg every 20 minutes as needed

What is furosemide used for?
Moderate to severe CHF symptoms
What is furosemide’s dose?
40 mg IV
ONLY IF:
transport time over 30 min
Known CHF/daily lasix
Afebrile
What is the dosage of midazolam for sedation prior to cardioversion?
2-2.5 mg IV/IO
May repeat as needed
Maximum 10 mg
How many jules do you use in unstable narrow and regular complex tachycardia?
50-100 J, synchronized
