Block NaCL reabsoprtion in ascending limb of loop of Henle - they inhibit Na-K-Cl transporter
What is a side effect of antiplatelttes?
GI bleeding
What does GTN do?
It is.a vasodilator, it relaxes all smooth muscle by releasing nitric oxide
