A
Enlargement of right ventricle, usually chronic and secondary to lung disease

Left-sided heart failure
A
Are unable to pump sufficient blood for the body, left ventricle insufficient
Symptoms: dyspnea, cough, pulmonary edema, muscle weakness, tachycardia

Right-sided heart failure
A
Reduced venous return, failure of right ventricle
Secondary to left-sided heart failure or pulmonary disease
Peripheral edema/ankle swelling, abdominal pain and distention, Weight gain, cyanosis

Angina
A
Chest pain due to ischemia
Manage with nitroglycerin and rest

Exercise test termination
A
Drop in SBP more than 10
Angina, dizziness, ataxia, cyanosis, pale, sustained V – Tach
