Buttock and thigh muscle ischemic claudication pain on walking relieved by rest
Common or external iliac artery
Calf claudication
Supeficial femoral artery
Mitral stenosis
diastolic murmur
Atrial septal defect
soft mid systolic murmur
left upper sternal edge
Ventricular septal defect
apex beat palpable at the 5th ICS MCL
systolic murmur audible at the left sternal edge radiating to the axilla and back
Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA)
“machinery-like” murmur,
Aortic stenosis
Murmur: A systolic ejection murmur with a crescendo-decrescendo pattern.
Location: Best heard at the right second intercostal space (aortic area).
Radiation: The murmur commonly radiates to the carotid arteries.
