we need to check the power supply to see if it is working properly, for that we use multimeter or a power supply tester.

the first thing to check for will be the hard drive, because if the hard drive does not have enough free space it can slow down your computer. ( 10% of free space )
to solve the problem we need to free some space by Defragmenting the hard drive.
