What DW Radiation Level causes all primary containment 18” purge and vent valves to close? Which valves will close? How do you verify in the MCR that these valves received a high rad signal?

How you do override the LOCA isolation for the H2O2 analyzers?
On H11-P700 panel, there are two isolation bypass keylock switches.
Taking BOTH switches to the BYPASS Position causes the following:
- Inboard and Outboard valves to open
- Sample pump AUTO starts
- System AUTO switches to ANALYZE mode of operation
What is the time requirement for placing the H2O2 analyzers in operation prior to getting stable readings? When are readings required?

Required:
- 34SV-SUV-019 “Surveillance Checks” WEEKLY
- Anytime Primary Containment Control PC flowchart is entered
If DW pressure rises to 1.95psig, which T.S.(s) are entered? What about if all annunciators for Fission Product Monitoring are lost at the same time?
- 3.6.1.4 – restore DW pressure within 1 hour
- If pressure rise is due to a leak, 3.4.4 – RCS Operational Leakage
- If due to a problem with leakage detection – 3.4.5
If ALL Annunciators for FP Monitor not working –
Lost all detection - 3.4.5 D.1 - Enter 3.0.3 immediately
