C401 - Article 1_General Provisions
- Architect assumes toward their consultant all obligations that architect assumes toward the owner
- Consultant is an independent contractor and is responsible for their own means and methods
- All communication between Consultant and owner must be through Architect

- Prime Agreement refers to B101 Owner-Architect Agreement.
- Various items are refered to B101 example the SCOPE OF WORK is limited to the work done by Consultant also known as PORTION
What are the similarities with B101 and C401 in regards to
- Standard of Care
The consultant owes the same standard of care to he architect that the architect owes the owner
