what is a finite resource?
a natural resource that cannot be readily replaced by natural means at a pace quick enough to keep up with consumption.

what are lifecycle assessments?
they show the total environmental costs
what do lifecycle assessments do?
they look at every stage of a products life to assess the impact it would have on the environment
what are the four stages products are assessed on?
1.getting the raw materials
2.manufacture and packaging
3.using the product
4.product disposal
what is potable water?
safe drinking water. The way that water’s made safe depends on local conditions. ble Water is Water You Can Drink
potable water is water that’s been treated or is naturally safe for humans to drink — it’s essential for life, Chemists wouldn’t call it pure, though.
what are ways to make water pure?
-filtration
-sterilisation
-distillation
