It is defined as the beliefs and actions of a business, which determines their way of work.

Work space organisation, how employees are recruited, employee contract, management style, how long employees stay in the business, visitors/ guests in the organisation

Business vision, mission and values, ethos, structure of workforce, management practices, procedures and policies, management style/culture
