• skin: dermatofibrosis lenticularis disseminata (collagen type nevus on buttocks, proximal trunk and limbs. Usually small uniform yellow to skin-colored papules coalescing into plaques in first year of life)
• Bones: Osteopoikilosis (spotted bones): asymptomatic circular densities in carpal, tarsal, phalanges, and epiphyses and metaphyses of long bones
