Grand Eminent: 3 Years on lees, Can be made of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc, with a maximum of 20% Gamay if it is a Rose. Must be minimum 10% alcohol, and only first 75% of must is used in production.
