Went into counter area of shop and opened till. Conviction of burglary upheld as he entered part of a building (counter area) as a trespasser
Smith and jones
They went to smiths fathers house in the night and took two TV sets without his fathers knowledge or permission. Court upheld conviction as the boys knew they went beyond permission
