Enemies that will drive the emotions of you and your team.
Questions to think about:
* How will you celebrate when you defeat this enemy?
* What will it feel like when your team defeats this enemy?
* How will you and your team celebrate when you all defeat this enemy?
What questions should you consider when analyzing your competition?
Who are your direct competitors?
Who are your indirect competitors?
Who are you underestimating?
What competitors aren’t so obvious but still need to be monitored? (automakers have to look at public transportation)
Where are your opponents strong? What markets/ areas will you concede?
Where are your opponents weak?
What markets/ areas will you attack?
Who could acquire you?
What strategies will you employ to get acquired at the highest valuation?
