improved. - You will know where and to whom to direct
your energy and expertise. - You can stop micromanaging and start to
empower your employees/team. - Your employees/team, especially your top
performers, won’t be able to deceive you with
bluster. - You will simultaneously become more effective
and have more freedom.

Having a system for analytics is pivotal when creating a business plan.
If you are serious about business planning you must get better at tracking data.
Strategies to consider
1.Strategies to balance product demand (half-price Monday pizza night). Decrease prices during slow times, and increase prices during peak times.
2. Strategies to generate sales (contests for slow months/seasons)
3. Strategies to drive your team (incentive campaigns to prevent holiday drop-off). Base incentives around the right data!

How should you develop a strategy for 2023 KPI’s?
- Establish clear KPI’s for the company
- Have key leaders provide KPI’s for their departments
- Ensure KPI’s align with the company’s one word and overall
goals for 2023 (Some KPI’s may not be the right ones at this phase but maybe later on)
