1.Don’t be afraid to hold people accountable and call
them out when they don’t keep their word. It’s very
simple, don’t be afraid to do that.
2. Don’t be afraid to question their answers.
3. Make specific statements, not general.

6. Give consequences if the job doesn’t get done.
