Macrolide or fluoroquinolone

Azithromycin 500mg day 1, then 250mg day 2-5, doxycycline 100mg BID 7-14 days, or Levofloxacin 500mg QD 7-14 days

Macrolides: Azithromycin 500mg day 1, then 250mg days 2-5, Clarithromycin 500mg x 7 days. Cant take macrolides: Bactrim DS 1 BID x 14 days
