Identifying gaps in processes for managing inmates under the influence of synthetic drugs. This resulted in the prison re-evaluating procedures and using my material to educate frontline staff.

• Presenting ‘outside the box’ options for Gisborne District Council’s Gambling Venue Policy. This was supported by Counsellors and will result in the region taking a stronger stance against the harms of gambling.
• Anticipating issues and solutions for 3D printing in the firearms space. This has resulted in the consideration of future proposals to prohibit digital blueprints of 3D printed firearms or/and electromagnetic guns.
