Fibroadenosis - Irregular consistancy of breast associatd with menstruation which may be painful

Cyst - Fluid filled sac which may refill and empty over time

Triple Assessment:

1. History and exam
2. US if under 35 mammogram if over
3. FNAB

Conservative -Explain what it is and offer reassurance and to regularly check breasts

Medical - Painkillers if fibroadenosis

Surgical - Refer for surgery if big enough
