Pain, Redness and nipple indentations with lumps

Mobile, Smooth, defined edges and commonly in upper outer section

Mammogram and analgesia
Epidemiology of central and peripheral ductal papilloma
Central = Women nearing menopause Peripheral = Younger (Small increased risk of cancer)
Symptoms of Ductal Papilloma
Bloody nipple discharge, not painfull

Triple Assessment
1) Clinical Assessment
2) Mammogram if > 35?, USS if <35
3) Fine Needle Biopsy

Risk factors for Breast Carcinoma
No children/ No breastfeeding, FH, early menarche/late menopause, COCP, Obesity and Alcohol - anything that increases Oestrogen
