Skin of medial side of arm, distal as medial epicondyle of humerus and olecranon of ulna

Larger terminal brach of medial corder from C8, T1, often C7
Flexor carpi ulnaris, ulnar half of flexor digitorum profundus, most intrinsic muscles of hand, skin of hand medial to axial line of digit 4

Superior portion of subscapularis
Lower Subscapular
Side branch of post cord from C6
Inf. portion of subscapularis and teres major
