What to do when called?

A
  • Drag the call and inform IOC
  • Try to obtain information from the call (purpose, size, location, time of explosion, details of caller, size of bomb)
  • If the caller provides a location, check that location
  • Muster everyone (ALL STATIONS x3, suspected bomb threat on-board RSS ___ [LOCATION], all hands are to muster at the wharf/main gate and sound 6 short blasts, all hands)

What to do once everyone is mustered?

A
  • Account for strength
  • Inform IOC, TMC, CTFDO, SCDF, EOD, XO and CO
  • Provide SITREP
  • If strength not accounted for ask for permission from HNO to through IOC and NOC to search the ship (only applicable if bomb timing is known and not +/- 15 min from timing)
  • If one bomb explodes, get permission from HNO to go onboard ship to handle FFDC/ other bombs/ find missing personnel

What to do when IOC informs of base bomb threat?

A
  • Get as much details from IOC (time of explosion, size of bomb, ETA of SCDF, TMC and EOC)
  • Muster everyone at the main gate and sound 6 short blast
  • Account for strength and give SITREP
  • Inform CO and XO of situation
  • Request permission from HNO to look for any missing personnel
