LAND IMMEDIATELY
LOW FUEL 1 AND/OR 2
- Clock - Start stopwatch
IF BOTH LOW FUEL WARNING LIGHTS ON - LAND WITHIN 10 MINUTES
or
IF LOW FUEL WARNING LIGHT IS ON
2. FUEL QUANTITY INDICATION - CHECK
3. Both fuel pump XFER sw (F+A) - ON
4. Both fuel pump XFER cb (F+A) - IN
IF BOTH LOW FUEL WARNING LIGHTS REMAIN ON
5. AIR COND sw - OFF
6 BLD HTG sw - OFF (if OAT >5c)
7. LAND WITHIN 10 MINUTES
IF ONE LOW FUEL REMAINS ON
5. AIR COND sw - OFF
6 BLD HTG sw - OFF (if OAT >5c)
7. Expect single engine failure after approx 10min
ROTOR RPM
- Rotor RPM Indicator - Check
- Collective Lever - Adjust as necessary to maintain Nro within normal limits.
XMSN OIL P (warning red)
LAND ASAP
ENG CHIP
On Ground
- Affected engine - ID
- ENG CHIP sw - BURN 1sec
- Chip pulse events - record
- Engine parameters - monitor
If no unusual activity, take off.
If ENG CHIP caution indication goes off
Takeoff - Perform
If ENG CHIP caution indication remains on:
Single Engine EMER shutdown
ENG CHIP
In Flight
- Estab OEI
- ENG CHIP sw - Burn 1 sec
- Chip pulse events - Record
- Engine parameters - Monitor
If ENG CHIP goes off - No further action
If ENG CHIP remains - ID Affected engine
- Single Engine EMER shutdown
or - ENG main switch - IDLE
ENG FAIL
- OEI Estab
- ID Affected Engine
- Single engine EMER shutdown
ENG OIL P
Outside of limits
- OEI Estab
- Affected engine - ID
- Single engine EMER shutdown
FADEC FAIL
- Collective lever - Adjust as necessary for Nro
- Affected engine - ID small collective changes
- Respective TWIST GRIP - Adjust slowly to set 80% (+-2%). n1 on the affected engine. Adjust collective to stay within limits
- LAND ASA Practicable
- Respective TWIST GRIP - Reduce before lowering the collective pitch lever to full down position (to keep N2/Nro in limits)
