-Allows for movement by contraction

-Regulates body activities (homeostasis) via hormones
Immune System
-Fights of foreign invaders in the body
Integumentary System
-1st barrier of defense against infection
-Regulates body temperature
-Removes excretory waste via glands (sweat glands, etc.)
-Protects against UV rays
-Produces vitamin D
Lymphatic System
-Stores & carries WBCs that fight disease
-Collects excess fluid & returns it to blood (2nd circulatory system (can go places other can’t))
Reproductive System
-Allows organisms to reproduce
