Student pilots wear colored hats by phase, black fleece for PTs, brown fleece for OCPs, only when temp or wind chill is below 40 degrees
Headphones in PTs in authorized areas like gym and track
No headphones in OCPs
Tasteful music playing from speaker during PT but has to be stationary. Can’t run with a speaker playing like on phone.
