Impoverished, Country Club, Authority , Organisational and Team
Impoverished Management
A leadership style that has low concern for both task and people, often leading to avoidance of responsilbity
Country Club Management
A leadership style that has low concern for taskbut high concern for people, focusing on employee needs and a relaxed atmosphere.
Authority/Obedience Managment
A leadership style with high concern for task but a low concern for people, emphasis on control and strict adherance to orders
Organisation Managment
A middle of the road leadership style with medium concern for tasks and people.
Team management
A leadership style with high concern for tasks and people.
