What do males have that females do not with regard to sphincters?
Where is this located?
They have an internal urethral sphincter surrounding the pre-prostatic urethra
What is the function of the internal urethral sphincter?
For protection against reflux during ejaculation
Which part of the urethra does the vas deferns join to?
The vas deferens travels through the prostate into the prostatic urethra
In males what is the course of the ureters as they descend to the bladder?
OVER the external iliac artery
OVER the obliterated umbilical artery
UNDER the vas deferens
In females what is the course of the ureters as they descend to the bladder?

What is the lymphatic drainage of the bladder?
Internal iliac —> para aortic —> cysterna chyli etc…
