A
Is quarantine necessary? Are facilities appropriate? Routine testing. Transmission of disease agents. Vector control. Cleaning/general hygiene. Disposal of waste. Implementation of a preventative medicine program.

A
Species mixing
Contact with free-living animals

A
Fomites, vectors etc.

How could these be controlled for?
A
Limit movement of people in and out of facilities.
Movement of people in one direction through facilities (most vulnerable/expensive animals first)
Disinfect food and water (as wild animal contaminants)
Control of vectors
