Q

what is the tertiary structure of protein structure?

A
  • the coiling or folding of sections of protein into their seconday structure, which brings about R-groups that start to bond with eachother in the amino acid sequence

-e.g R-group interaction = hydrophilic and hydrophbic interactions = weak interactions between polar and non-polar R-groups
