Freedom of speech
A person can say any political beliefs, criticize the government, burn the flag, say or display racist or hate slogans
A person can’t make threats to commit crimes, sexually harass others, incite a riot, slander another person, commit a hate crime, use crude or vulgar language in a public form

Freedom of press
A person can have a biased political position, criticized/make fun of the government, expose wrongs by the government, from print materials considerate obscene or offensive
A person can’t print libel, disclose classified info, detail how to make certain weapons, make certain materials available to minors, advocate illegal activity

Freedom of assembly
A person can congregate in a public place, protest peacefully, have the parade, parade changing hate slogans
A person can’t protest violently, loiter interfere with the publics right of way, create a safety hazard, break teen curfew
1st (e)
Right it petition the government
A person can criticize the government, express your opinion to your government leaders, sue the government
A person can’t make threats against government officials or commit treason

The right to bear arms
Exceptions: some weapons are prohibited throughout the country such as machine guns and military grade weapons

No quartering of soldiers

No unreasonable searches or seizures
Exceptions: search warrant, pursuit to arrest, plain sight, emergency, schools

You must be infected by a grand jury for a capital crime, you cannot be tried for the same offense twice, you do not have to testify against yourself, you must have due process of law before conviction, government may take your land for public use if it pays you fair market value

The right to a speedy trial and impartial jury of one’s peers, The right to confront witnesses against you, the right to subpoena the favorable witnesses, the right to an attorney

A person who is being sued by another person for an amount greater than $20 has the right to a trial by jury

A person charged with a crime cannot be held on excessive bail, a convicted person cannot be punished in a cruel or usual way
9th
The Constitution couldn’t possibly list everything you can to you just because it doesn’t specifically say you can do something doesn’t mean you don’t have that right

Any powers not given to the federal government by the Constitution or not denied to the states are reserved by the state or people

Freedom of religion
A person can teach about religion in the school, have voluntary prayer in public, Read the Bible for literacy content in school, choose whatever visiting you want worship who or what ever you want
A person can’t set a state religion, force people to pray teach religious doctrine in school, break the law and claim, it’s your religion deprived children of basic needs
