Amari- A class of bitter Italian liqueurs drunk either before or after a meal. Enjoyed for their digestive qualities. An aromatic flavoring agent made from infusing roots, barks, fruit peels, spices, herbs, flowers, botanicals in high-proof alcohol. Amaro is the Italian word for bitter.Every single bottle is 100% different.
