Cryotherapy. They have no malignant potential

Keratoacanthoma
What is the normal outcome of keratoacanthoma?
Resolves spontaneously leaving a small scar
Why is it often advisable to excise a keratoacanthoma?
Difficult to distinguish between keratoacanthoma and squamous cell carcinoma
Three most common types of epidermal cyst?
Pilar/trichilemmal- usually on scalp.
Epidermoid cysts- head, neck and trunk. Often follow severe acna
Milia- multiple white papules, often over cheeks/eyelids
