observe
if symptomatic -> aspirate + injection

bone lesion containing blood filled chambers -> cortical expansion (very painful)
what is the management of an aneurysmal bone cyst?
curettage and bone graft
what is a giant cell tumour?
fast-growing tumour in long bones near joints
painful
what is the management of a giant cell tumour?
surgery
if can’t - denosumab
what is an osteoid osteoma?
small localised lesion
dull pain
what does an osteoid osteoma secrete?
prostaglandins
