  • Situation; Individual appraisal
  • Behaviour potential; The liklihood a certain behaviour will be shown
  • Reinforcement value; Individual preference for a particular outcome
  • Expectancy; Expected outcome based on previous experience
    NB Behavioural potential relies on interaction of reinforcement value and expectancy
