A
Commonly on head and face of elderly
Lesion:
Papular
Rolling edges
Central sulcus
Telengectasia

What are the investigations?
A
To finish the exam i would like to - take a history and expose the body to look for any more
Excision Biopsy - to see what it is and to assess malignancy. They usually only invade locally

Conservative - Explain what it is
Surgery - Surgical excision with margins
Can do phototherapy if low ris
