Permits a unique opportunity to hunt one of Dall’s, Stone’s, California or Rocky Mountain sheep. It is valid on crown and private land with the owners permission, in areas that have a legal hunting season. It is valid during the regular hunting season, and if you are hunting Bighorn Sheep, then you can hunt for one month past the end of the hunting season, and if you are hunting Dall’s or Stone’s thinhorn sheep, then you can hunt for 21 days prior to the regular hunting season. This permit was sold for $352,000, an the proceeds raised enabled the province to fund projects benefitting BC’s sheep and other wildlife conservation efforts. the proceeds have been in excess of $3,880,000.00.
