Seven steps to the overhead squat

A

Strong squat using dowel or PVC

Dislocates, narrow the grip incrementally

Dislocates while descending in the squat

Find frontal plane while descending

Stand straight and tall, dowel overhead

Slowly squat, keeping dowel in frontal plane

Add 2.5kg plate etc
